Classic and custom vehicles can be enjoyed by the eyes and ears of all. That’s why the Roanoke personal injury attorneys with the Skolrood Law Firm would like to tell you about the Check Ruritan Club’s 4th Annual Car, Truck, Tractor, and Motorcycle Show that is taking place this weekend.
The event will be held this coming Saturday, June 21st, from 10a.m. to 3 p.m. at Check Elementary School’s sports fields. The event will feature a dozens of classic and converted vehicles on display, along with an awards ceremony being held for the top contenders. An article from The Roanoke Times explains the top 25 vehicles in each category—along with a runner-up—will each be given honors at the event.
A number of vendors selling food and other items will be on hand throughout the day as well.
The cost to attend the event is $5 for adults and teens, while children under the age of 12-years-old are allowed to attend at no charge. If it’s raining this Saturday, the event will be moved one week into the future.
While attending car and truck shows can be a great time for the whole family, the large crowds and increased traffic volumes can also raise the chances of being involved in a Roanoke car accident. That’s why the firm urges those planning to attend the show to use extra caution when traveling to and from the show.
